Liquid Level Indicators & Switches

Simple & cost-effective for visual indication of clean liquid levels at low pressure & temperature conditions. The gauge is mounted parallel to tank so as to form a close loop causing tank liquid to seek its level in the gauge. Guards are provided in the form of tie-rods / C-channels around the gauge to protect it from accidental blows. End blocks have build isolating valve, drain valve & vent plug.

Simple & cost-effective for direct indication of liquid levels in bulk storage tanks under low pressure & temperature. As the liquid level rises, a large dia float moves up with the change in liquid level in the tank. The float is attached to a multi strand wire rope, which passes through 2 nos. friction less specially designed pulleys. The Pulleys in turn are connected to a pointer, which moves on a graduated scale by the side of the tank.

The Magnetic Level Switch consists of non-ferrous stem carrying One, Two or Multiple Reed switches. The float glides along the stem and when the float nears the vicinity of reed switch the magnetic field of permanent magnet forces the contact to close, thereby completing the external electrical circuit. Installation
Cable Float switch is simply placed in liquid so that float follows the movement of the surface. The switch height differential is adjusted by moving the weight along the cable. If differential is minimum, when weight is nearest to the float. If the viscosity of the liquid is high, we recommend an extra weight on the cable.

“Capacitance Level Transmitter is used in sensing level of liquids. Capacitance Level Transmitter can be used for conductive as well as nonconductive liquids. It is offered with PTFE sleeve for better insulation & to withstand high temperature in conductive tanks the insulated probe acts as one electrode & the tank wall as another electrode, any change in liquid level the dielectric value will change thereby changing the capacitance value proportional to the liquid level. In case of nonconductive tanks, a reference probe is provided as ground electrode.

Model LV36 Hydrostatic liquid level transducers and transmitters with flush diaphragm is designed for a wide variety of level measurement applications. This model pressure sensor and is protected by the stainless steel (SS) housing.
