INDUS Side Mounted Float Level Switch is a reliable magnetic float-operated level switch designed for point level detection in tanks and vessels. Installed horizontally through the side wall of the tank, it is ideal for controlling High Level (HL), Low Level (LL), pump automation, and alarm applications.

The switch operates by the movement of a stainless steel float, which actuates a hermetically sealed reed switch without direct contact with the liquid, ensuring long service life and dependable operation.

Manufactured with corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, the switch is suitable for water, oils, chemicals, solvents, fuels, and various industrial liquids.

Technical Specifications

 Working Principle

As the liquid level rises or falls inside the tank, the stainless steel float moves accordingly. The internal magnet within the float actuates a reed switch housed inside the stem, providing an electrical signal for alarms, pumps, solenoid valves, PLCs, or other control systems.
